Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy: glass or silicone cups create suction on the skin to lift tissues, increase local blood flow, reduce muscle tension, and promote lymphatic drainage.
Typical session: cups placed briefly or moved along muscle groups; may leave temporary round marks that fade in days.
Benefits: relieves tightness, decreases pain, improves circulation, and supports soft-tissue mobility.

As a comprehensive mind/body recovery specialist who integrates massage therapy with a neuromuscular and sports massage approach, Pilates and stretch therapy, the goal is to drive results to what your body needs. My work focuses on identifying muscular imbalances, relieving chronic tension, improving mobility and enhancing overall body function combining both hands on therapeutic techniques and intentional movement practices.
With a strong foundation in anatomy and biomechanics for pilates and Yoga, I blend corrective exercise, core stabilization, flexibility training and breath centered movements to support injury prevention, athletic performance, pregnancy/post natal and long term-structural alignment. In addition, I specialize in pregnancy and postpartum corrective Specialist. I offer safe, supportive sessions that address pelvic stability, core engagement and nervous system regulation for mothers at every stage.
